Pursuant to WBAI Bylaws Article 7, Section 1, our Annual Meeting of the Members to elect the Nominating Committee as set forth in Article 4, Section 3, will be in-person on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 5:30 - 6:30 PM at 321 South Plymouth Court, 4th Floor West Wing, Chicago, IL 60604. 

During the Annual Meeting, nominations for at-large representatives of the committee will be made from the floor and elected by a plurality of the vote.  You must be a Lawyer Member or Lifetime Member in good standing to cast a vote. Voting will occur electronically during the Annual Meeting. Voting is open only during the meeting.  You must be present at the Annual Meeting to vote.
