Hygge & Harmony: An Evening with the WBAI

Fall into relaxation with the Women's Bar Association of Illinois at Embers Tap House as we bring warmth and connection with members of our legal community, near and far!

Join us for a cozy evening inspired by the Danish art of —think soft candlelight, warm blankets, hot drinks, and comfort food—all in the company of colleagues and friends. Pronounced "hoo-guh" or "hue-guh" in English, the essence of the word refers to a feeling of coziness, contentment, and comfortable conviviality. 

This is your chance to unwind, recharge, and strengthen your professional and personal connections in a relaxed setting while sitting by a cozy fire. Whether you’re meeting new faces or reconnecting with familiar ones, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and supported.

For an extra treat, two professional licensed massage therapists will be onsite offering 10-minute chair massages for just $10—the perfect way to take the stress out of your day.

Free public parking is available behind Embers as well as street parking. There is an elevator located in the back of Embers, which will take you to the 3rd floor. Elevator can be accessed from the back entrance as well.
