Practicing law during a pandemic has its challenges. Join WBAI and “Lady Lawyers Who Lunch” on March 10, 2021 to work through real life family law fact patterns with sitting judges and practitioners. Our panel will discuss how the court is currently addressing parenting time issues during COVID, vaccinations, medical decision making, travel during spring break, educational decisions, and exposure to COVID. Practitioners will be able to ask sitting judges questions via Zoom chat and during small group breakout sessions.
