Mentorship has always been a beneficial tool for building relationships, opening doors of opportunity and increasing odds of success. Professional mentorships used to be the workplace norm, but today they’re hard to find, even though they matter more than ever. In the current times of deep uncertainty, mentorship matters more than ever as employees navigate new ways of working.
 Join us as StepUp shares insight into the importance of mentorship. StepUp is a national non-profit organization comprised of professional women who provide mentorship and exposure to minority teenage girls from underrepresented neighborhoods.
