Please join the WBAI for a CLE panel discussion on the importance of maintaining health and wellness in the legal profession, followed by a workout with the Lunge Ladies at Defined CrossFit in Lakeview.

The panelists include Judge Regina A. Scannicchio, Erin Clifford, Megan Mathias, and Jim Davis.

The Lunge Ladies is a woman founded and focused strength training organization by Sarah Gonsiorowski and Cara Sabin, former dancers turned strength coaches. They believe in understanding what movement can do for women and how it makes them feel. Their Philosophy: Women deserve a space to feel safe, detach from other stressors, and feel supported by other women who see “She” and “We” as synonyms. Barbells and weights are for everyone, and women should feel welcomed and encouraged to learn their benefits. Women do hard things every day—and we’re here to remind you how meaningful that is.
